Experience highlights
- Advising Air New Zealand in relation to Hangar 4 at Auckland Airport and in relation to the significant redevelopment of the international Koru and Elite Lounge at Auckland International Airport.
- Advising Hamilton and Palmerston North airports on their respective master plan industrial development projects.
- Advising Norak Properties Limited (the purchaser/landlord) in respect of the development by Cardinal Logistics Limited of a fully automated 115,000 pallet facility - the largest of its type in the Southern Hemisphere.
- Advising NZ Post on the development and leasing of its automated “Super Depot” facilities throughout New Zealand.
- Advising Beca on the development and leasing of the "Beca House" in Wynyard Quarter.
- Advising on the Westgate Town Centre development, which included significant transactions with Costco, Microsoft, the subdivision and sale of land to DCI for the development of a cloud computing data centre, and agreements to lease with Mitre10, and various Restaurant Brands’ restaurants, including KFC, Carl’s Junior and Taco Bell.
- Advising Spark New Zealand on the property and environmental aspects of the sale of a 75% interest in its datacentre business to Pacific Equity Partners.
