Commercial and Industrial Property Development

Commercial and industrial property development in New Zealand is being shaped by changing workplace and retail patterns, demand for logistics and industrial assets, and increasing integration between private development and infrastructure delivery.

We understand the critical drivers of commercial and industrial developments and we work with investors, developers and tenants to deliver commercial and industrial property projects that create long term value.

We work alongside clients from concept through to completion, assisting with consents for projects (including obtaining overseas investment approval, if required), and dealing with land acquisition (including due diligence, feasibility and finance), master planning and development strategy, investment vehicles and construction arrangements.

We also regularly advise on property and construction disputes, providing pragmatic advice to resolve project disputes in a timely and cost effective manner.
