Nick Dunn

Nick is an experienced property lawyer, specialising in large scale development projects in a range of sectors.  He has significant expertise in the area of urban development and in navigating the applicable statutory powers and restrictions which apply to the acquisition and subsequent development of land by the Crown and other public entities.

Nick regularly advises on a wide range of complex property law issues, including advising both public and private sector clients on construction and infrastructure projects and on the sale and purchase and leasing of land (public and private).
