Experience highlights
- Advising the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development on all aspects of Te Kukūnga Waka (the Carrington Residential Development), a large-scale urban development that involves the development of at least 4,000 homes.
- Advising Generus Living Group Limited in respect of the development of its $500 million retirement village development in the Foundation heritage precinct, including obtaining Fast-track consent for the 48m Pearson Residences building located near Auckland Museum.
- Advising Bei Group Limited in obtaining a private plan change application to amend the Auckland Unitary Plan (Operative in Part) to re-zone Bei Group’s approximately 13.7 ha landholding, part of the former Massey Albany campus, to enable the highest density residential development in Auckland outside of identified metropolitan and town centre zones.
- Advising Hugh Green Group on its Park Green Estate master plan project, consisting of a subdivision with roads, schools, commercial and residential development and sale of part of the land to a leading New Zealand residential developer.
- Advising Kāinga Ora on the $150m Te Mātāwai development at Greys Avenue, Auckland.
- Advising WFT Finance & Investment Company Limited in respect of a private planchange application to the Hauraki District Plan to re-zone the 33-ha former Paeroa Racecourse site and approve a Structure Plan to facilitate a mix of residential, commercial, and open space development at the site
- Advising Kāinga Ora on its housing delivery system and major project programme.
- Obtaining consent for Dilworth Trust Board’s 190-apartment build-to-rent urban community concept on Great South Road, Auckland.
