Hadleigh has a wide range of commercial property experience with particular expertise in the delivery of public works projects and related property development and subdivisions.

Hadleigh provides regular advice to Watercare on their acquisition of property rights for its water and wastewater networks in Auckland, as well as to various other acquiring authorities on their roading and electricity projects throughout New Zealand.
