NZTA - Northern Corridor Project
Greenwood Roche advised Align Limited in the acquisition of land for NZTA's Northern Corridor Project.
NZTA is acquiring land for its Northern Corridor project, which will extend between Auckland and Whangarei, and which will address critical resilience needs.
Together with Align Limited, Greenwood Roche, led by Hadleigh Yonge, is negotiating and settling many agreements for the acquisition of the required land pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, for what is now deemed by the government to be a 'Critical Infrastructure Project'.
