Barry Walker

Barry practises in construction and engineering, infrastructure and real estate development, advising owners, contractors, consultants and tenants on major projects in New Zealand and internationally. He has experience across a wide range of project structures and delivery models, including large‑scale developments, joint ventures, property acquisitions and disposals, major leasing and subdivisions.

Barry brings significant international experience from his time practising in Sydney and London.
