• Working with Webb Henderson to advise Spark New Zealand on the property and environmental aspects of the sale of a 75% stake in its data centre business to Pacific Equity Partners for a payment of $453 million.
• Advising Spark New Zealand on the property aspects of the sale of a 70% stake in its mobile tower network to a new entity (now Connexa).
• Advising Connexa on a range of property matters relating to its mobile network, including the acquisition of new sites and the maintenance of property rights.
