Kate Watt

Kate brings significant expertise in corporate, commercial, banking, finance, and regulatory matters, with a focus on the renewable energy sector. With over 25 years' experience in both top-tier private practice and in-house roles, Kate previously ran her own successful practice before joining Greenwood Roche. Her work spans a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including share sales and acquisitions, commercial contract negotiations and the management of complex projects.

Kate also has extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, particularly within the finance and energy sectors. Recently, Kate has played a key role in renewable energy projects, including landowner negotiations, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiations, and guiding projects through to financial close.
