Robert Harris

Robert is a specialist project disputes lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience in New Zealand.  Robert acts for a range of private and public clients with a focus on resolving complex in-project disputes and post-completion claims including by way of settlements, adjudication, arbitration, or the courts.  Robert has particular experience in construction and property related claims arising across a variety of sectors and projects including motorways, hospitals, multi-unit apartments, commercial, ndustrial and civil works.

Robert also works closely with clients’ in-house legal teams as dedicated project counsel to provide client-focused, strategic advice and has particular expertise in pre-dispute risk mitigation and dispute avoidance.
