Mark Anderson

Mark specialises in commercial property. Mark advises the private sector, and central and local government clients on all aspects of commercial property.

Mark has significant experience in capital markets sales and acquisitions advising both local and offshore investors. His practice includes advising developers on mixed use developments and subdivisions and he has considerable experience advising private sector, central and local government clients on major commercial development and lease projects. In addition, Mark has considerable expertise in commercial leasing, providing advice to both landlords and tenants, giving him a balanced insight into the market. Mark has also provided advice to the Crown in respect of several high profile Treaty of Waitangi projects.
