Mark Hay

Mark is a specialist in commercial property. He is sought after as a specialist advisor on the Property Law Act and Unit Titles Act.

Mark’s specialist areas of focus are in commercial leasing, commercial property acquisition and disposals and subdivisions, including unit title developments and project due diligence for both New Zealand and offshore entities. He works closely with a range of public and private sector clients, major corporates with nationwide property portfolios and commercial developers.
