Kate practises in property law with a focus on subdivisions, property development, and complex property transactions. She has extensive experience advising on residential and commercial subdivision projects of varying scale, acting for developers, investors, and landowners across all stages of the development process. Kate is known for her practical, solutions‑focused approach and her ability to manage complex property matters efficiently.

Before joining Greenwood Roche in 2025, Kate gained broad experience in general practice firms, advising on general commercial law and private client matters and developing a well‑rounded, commercially grounded approach to client advice.
