Kākāriki Hospital is an elective surgical hospital that provides a substantial range of surgical procedures for both adults and children.
The Greenwood Roche team, led by Partner Steve Woodfield, acted for the developer of the hospital facility building, including joint venture structuring arrangements, detailed leasing and fitout arrangements with Kākāriki Hospital, a complex unit title development and easement configuration, and leases to medical specialists for private consulting suites.
Kakariki Hospital is now open and operating, providing operating theatres and various associated rooms and clinics.
