Zaneta Easter

Zaneta specialises in commercial property and real estate law, with more than ten years’ experience advising on complex property matters across the full lifecycle of property projects. Zaneta advises a broad range of stakeholders (including both public and private sector clients) on commercial leasing and development matters, including office, industrial, retail and hotel projects.

Zaneta's experience includes advising on commercial construction contracts, complex design, build and lease arrangements, large‑scale subdivisions and mixed‑use developments, comprehensive due diligence investigations, unit titles, and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.
