Land secured for South Auckland hospital

Greenwood Roche is acting for Health New Zealand on the purchase of land for a future hospital facility in Drury, from Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.

The $45.3 million purchase will provide Health New Zealand with a 13-hectare site in Drury for new healthcare services to support the growing population of South Auckland.

Greenwood Roche assisted Health New Zealand with due diligence on the shortlisted sites, preparation and negotiation of the sale and purchase agreement, the subdivision consent application and on the satisfaction of conditions. We continue to assist with matters preliminary to settlement of the purchase.
