Steffan Ronald

Steffan is a property lawyer specialising in commercial property, developments and financing.  He is experienced in acting for small and large-scale commercial and residential property developers, overseas investors and public bodies.  He has experience drafting and negotiating property and commercial contracts including sale and purchase agreements, leases and development agreements, and regularly acts for lenders and borrowers on property financing matters.

Steffan gained his expertise at national firms and prior to returning to Christchurch, he and has international experience acting acted for local and central government at a well-regarded public law firm in London.
