Sam Kenneally

Sam (Ngāi Tahu) joined Greenwood Roche in 2025 and acts for a range of public‑sector and private clients across commercial property and infrastructure‑related matters. Sam has experience in property acquisitions and disposals, with a particular focus on due diligence investigations, as well as commercial leasing, development‑related transactions and Public Works Act matters. His work includes title and easements, land access arrangements, utilities and infrastructure projects, and Māori land law matters.
