Michael is a specialist commercial property and development lawyer with extensive experience across large‑scale transactions, complex developments, high-value leasing, and bespoke due diligence. Michael brings a client‑focused, solutions‑driven approach to his practice which covers a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development structuring, and both freehold and unit title projects. He is regularly involved in high‑value and large‑scale transactions, and has developed particular expertise in residential and mixed‑use developments.
