NZTA - Mill Road Project
Greenwood Roche advised Align Limited in the acquisition of land for NZTA's Mill Road Project.
NZTA is acquiring land for its Mill Road project, which will provide resilience of the state highway network within Auckland.
Together with Align Limited, Greenwood Roche, led by Partner Hadleigh Yonge, is negotiating and settling many agreements for the acquisition of the required land pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, for what is now deemed by the government to be a 'Critical Infrastructure Project'.
