Wes joined Greenwood Roche in 2023 following more than three years working as a policy advisor at Parliament. During his time at Parliament, Wes worked closely with Christopher Luxon and other National Party MPs helping to develop policy for the 2023 election campaign as the lead transport, law and order and public service policy advisor.

Wes has a keen interest in infrastructure and construction law, working across a variety of infrastructure and construction matters involving both public sector and private sector clients across New Zealand. Wes also undertakes research for infrastructure and Public Works Act 1981 related matters.
