Payal is an experienced senior lawyer with over 10 years’ property law experience specialising in public works.  Payal advises the Crown, local authorities and utility providers in relation to the acquisition and disposal of land under the Public Works Act 1981 and development of large infrastructure projects. She also has experience in commercial and general property matters including property due diligence, leasing and the sale and purchase of land.
