Josh Bijl

Josh joined Greenwood Roche in 2026 and works across a broad range of property matters. His experience includes subdivisions and property developments, acquisitions and disposals, property due diligence, property finance and general property advice.  

Prior to joining Greenwood Roche, Josh spent four years working in the property and commercial teams of a general practice firm in Wānaka and Queenstown. Through this work, he developed a strong understanding of property transactions and related matters within a high‑growth property market.
