Eoghan Davis

Eoghan is a qualified solicitor in Ireland and advises public and private sector clients on commercial property and infrastructure matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing and related due diligence.

Before joining Greenwood Roche, Eoghan trained and practised with leading law firms in Ireland, advising on a broad range of matters including complex commercial property transactions and development projects (from acquisition through to financing and disposal), as well as corporate transactions and commercial and regulatory litigation.
