Eoghan Davis

Eoghan is a qualified solicitor in Ireland and advises public and private sector clients on commercial property and infrastructure matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, easements, licences and other property arrangements supporting infrastructure projects, and related due diligence.

Since joining Greenwood Roche, Eoghan has worked on property matters for electricity and other infrastructure providers, including land acquisitions, leasing arrangements, easements and grants relating to infrastructure assets. He has also advised public-sector clients on office co-location and occupational arrangements across multiple sites.

Before joining Greenwood Roche, Eoghan trained and practised with leading law firms in Ireland, advising on a broad range of matters including complex commercial property transactions and development projects, from acquisition through to financing and disposal, as well as corporate transactions and commercial and regulatory litigation.
