Annabelle McCulloch

Annabelle joined Greenwood Roche in 2024 as a graduate from the University of Otago, having previously summer clerked here. Annabelle works across a range of matters, with a particular focus on commercial, subdivision and leasing work.

Annabelle works on a variety of commercial property and construction matters, undertaking work for both private and public sector clients. Annabelle is involved in sale and purchase and leasing transactions and also assists with construction-related disputes.
