Abigail Smith

Abigail joined Greenwood Roche in 2024 and acts for a number of government, charity and commercial sector clients. She has a broad range of experience in commercial property transactions, including property acquisition and disposal, commercial leasing and financing as well as Public Works Act advice.

Before joining Greenwood Roche Abigail spent four years practising at a top 50 law firm based in Cambridge (UK). She gained experience in areas including mergers and acquisitions, banking, and property litigation before specialising as a real estate investment and investment funds lawyer.
