Kurt is a commercial property lawyer with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing and property finance.
Before re-joining Greenwood Roche in 2020, Kurt spent just under 3 years working in the real estate capital markets team of a market-leading Australian law firm in Sydney. During his time in Australia, Kurt regularly assisted and advised institutional clients with their real estate capital markets transactions.
Kurt is experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts for the sale and purchase of land, commercial leases and loan and security documentation, and undertaking property due diligence.
