Heather specialises in resource management and environmental law. She has experience in providing strategic advice on consenting, plan change and designation processes; resource management litigation; and stakeholder engagement.
She has advised a broad range of clients from multinational corporations to private individuals and community organisations.
Heather joined Greenwood Roche in 2021 after working at a specialist environmental law firm and the Environment Court. She has also worked overseas in London and Canada.
