Rob joined Greenwood Roche in 2024 after working in a range of commercial and criminal litigation roles in New Zealand.

Rob has broad experience in commercial dispute resolution and litigation matters, including advising clients in relation to Commerce Commission prosecutions, lease disputes, shareholder disputes and corporate insolvency. Rob has appeared on behalf of clients in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal of New Zealand. He has also represented clients in various tribunals and other quasi-judicial bodies. Rob was previously a Crown prosecutor and conducted a number of jury and judge-alone trials.

Rob has international experience in the Republic of Ireland as a qualified Irish solicitor representing clients in the Circuit Court and High Court of Ireland on insolvency matters.
