Rachael Davidson

Rachael is a specialist resource management lawyer with 15 years’ experience practicing in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Prior to returning to New Zealand in 2026, Rachael spent a decade in London working at two leading City law firms with a particular focus on renewable energy development.

Rachael acts for a wide range of clients on their development and infrastructure projects across a number of sectors including energy and natural resources, large scale residential regeneration projects, healthcare and other living sectors, and life sciences. Rachael has significant experience in consenting applications, appeals and judicial review, corporate and transactional support, and acting for clients subject to enforcement proceedings including prosecution for planning and environmental law breaches.
