Liam Brown

Liam worked at Greenwood Roche between 2021 and 2024, joining as a graduate from the University of Otago. After spending some time overseas, he returned to the firm in 2026. Liam is a specialist construction lawyer with experience across commercial development (including office, retail and industrial), large-scale residential and infrastructure (including data centres, social housing, education and healthcare). Liam has acted for public and private sector project owners, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
