Charlotte Carter

Charlotte joined Greenwood Roche in 2025 after working in the Environment and Planning team at a large national law firm.  Charlotte works across a range of resource management, environment and planning matters for both public and private sector clients throughout New Zealand. Charlotte has appeared in Council-level, Environment Court and Board of Inquiry hearings.

Charlotte is a member of Infrastructure New Zealand, the Resource Management Law Association and the Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association.
