Avinash de Silva

Avi joined Greenwood Roche in August 2026 as the Head of Technology, having previously worked as the Head of Technology in the financial services sector.

He leads the technology function and is in charge of projects, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives across the firm.

Avi is a member of the Institute of Directors, and previously served on the board of IT Professionals New Zealand.
