Simon is an experienced Property and Real Estate solicitor who has transacted multiple acquisitions and disposals and is regularly involved in all aspects of commercial leasing.
Simon has acted for multiple listed entities in managing their property portfolios.  Work for those entities has included the sale and purchase of commercial, industrial and retail sites, including multi-property transactions; significant redevelopments of office spaces and industrial sites, detailed negotiations with tenants to achieve workspaces appropriate to their needs; and ongoing leasing arrangements, including expansions, surrenders, options for alternative tenancies and ongoing business arrangements between the parties.
