Sam joined Greenwood Roche in April 2021 from the property and construction team of another leading New Zealand firm.
Sam is a member of our construction team based in the Auckland office.  He has a range of experience advising public and private sector clients with extensive property portfolios on front-end construction and real property matters.  This experience includes large building projects, residential housing developments, the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial property, and management of utility portfolios.
