Boome joined Greenwood Roche in 2021 as a graduate from the University of Otago.
She undertakes work on a broad range of construction and commercial property matters, assisting both private and public sector clients.  Boome’s work is wide ranging and includes assisting with the review and preparation of leases and amending deeds, sale and purchase agreements, registrable interests as well as construction contracts, consultant engagements and assisting with construction-related disputes.

Boome has recently assisted on matters for our clients Top Energy, Air New Zealand and Strand Trust.
